Healthy Living Ventures, LLC develops and manages franchise concepts which focus on healthy lifestyles and foods. Established in 2015, the organization seeks relationships with established brands to bring these concepts to new and/or growing areas that typically have lacked products and services. The company, owned by a mother and her two daughters, has extensive business (corporate and entrepreneurial) experience which it brings to the organization.
In 2019, Healthy Living Ventures, LLC began exploring non-traditional locations for placement of its current and future franchise concepts. This includes opportunities with airports, military bases, sports stadiums, and colleges/universities. In January 2020 the organization was awarded its first non-traditional location – Joint Base Andrews, MD, which opened with a Tropical Smoothie Café in October 2020. This has expanded to locations at Ft Belvoir, VA, The Pentagon, and Walter Reed National Medical Center. The organization is continuously in discussions with other concepts to be added to their growing portfolio.
